Full-time Warehouse Manager

Function
As a warehouse manager at HomeGrass, you will be part of a small team and work with your colleagues to manage the entire logistics process. From the moment the products leave the factory until our clients pick them up or receive them, and everything in between. The range of tasks is broad, which means no two days are the same. You are responsible for inventory, purchasing, processing sales orders, and scheduling transport, among other things. Additionally, you will be involved in process improvement and work with our team to elevate HomeGrass to an even higher level.

Who Are We?
HomeGrass is a wholesaler of artificial grass and related installation materials for every conceivable application. We are a service-oriented and reliable partner for all our (business) customers, with a client base consisting mainly of decorative pavers, resellers, and landscapers. In addition to supplying the best quality artificial grass, they can count on intensive guidance and advice regarding the installation and sale of artificial grass. Building a personal and sustainable relationship is what HomeGrass stands for. Thanks in part to a strong and broad network, we have the solution for every problem related to artificial grass. Effective marketing and e-commerce activities contribute to higher turnover. HomeGrass has the expertise in-house for this and distinguishes itself by offering extensive sales support to customers.

Who Are You?
You are eager to learn and want to develop yourself. You also like to think about improvements and work in a solution-oriented manner. Experience in our industry (green/infrastructure/outdoor design) and/or logistics are advantages, but not a must. Furthermore, you can work well independently, are collegial, flexible, and have a real hands-on mentality. Additionally, you have a good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

You will be given the responsibility to manage and improve the entire logistics process within our team and in collaboration with your colleagues. Additionally, you will participate in meetings about general matters, and there is room for personal development. Because we work with a small team, your range of tasks is broader than in a ‘regular’ warehouse position, resulting in more variety and higher expectations. This, of course, comes with an appropriate salary and the right conditions, which align with a position and set of tasks like these.
